The Story of author

Drawing by Saw Eh Doh

 Firstly is my story
I am Saw Eh Tha Hser from a poor family at Mae Thet Village, Kyaikmayaw Township, Mon State, Burma.  I was born on 26 June 1989.I am the eldest son of my siblings. My family has 9 members. They are Naw Thet Cho Oo, Saw Than Min Htun, Naw Ta Law Paw, Saw Ta Law Wah, Naw Thazin Moe, Naw Thazin Htwe and mine and my parents are Saw Htun Khaing and Naw Sun Kyi Aye.
The special parents
Both of them tried to support my siblings in education, nevertheless; they were not able to so.  So I requested my parents to leave them and the village where I lived to go on with my study.
Left the family and village because of the fake
In 2005, I left my family and my village with unhappy feelings, because my parents love me more than my siblings as I think I am being disable man. I had a chance to study at No. 2 Baptist Mission High School in Noh Poe Refugee Camp due to my parents’ help until grade 9.
The prison where I lived
Living in the camp is like a man who’s living in a prison. Because of this I couldn’t travel outside like visiting my friends and family. The main reason is no money, guardian and being stateless in Thailand. I tried to leave the camp, but I was afraid of what might happen to me once I am outside on my own.
The person from the God
Luckily, I had a chance to meet one of my villagers in UN Registration period at Noh Poe Refugee Camp. Meeting her, I uttered my feelings. She responded to me in a welcoming way. She helped me to leave and study outside of the camp and gave me a chance to study at Children’s Development Centre in Mae Sot.
No money No snacks but the gift from my Father
It was the academic year of 2007 – 2008. I stayed and studied there. I was a boarding house student, so everything was almost fine but I had no money for buying snacks. Sometimes, I wanted to take snacks like my boarding house mates.
During that time, the biggest chance came and stayed with the boarding house student who didn’t get the supports from their parents and guardians so on is after I stayed and studied five months there I got 200 baths, therefore; I am so happy and hard working more than the past.
The year is the Challenge and the Successful
In the academic year of 2007 – 2008, I finished grade 10 at Children’s Development Centre ( Mae Tao High School) in Mae Sot but I wouldn’t like to continue my study at the place where I studied at CDC because I heard one of the news to me is the people who interests Pu Taw Memorial Junior College Program can sit the program’s entrance exam.
I went and sit exam in Mae La Refugee Camp. Then they told me that I passed the exam. They selected 20 students in this program and I was number 19. At the time, I think I was the happiest men on this planet, but I didn’t get the chance to contact my parents. That’s why my feelings turned to sad. I wanted to tell my about that, so they can be happy as well. But I needed to go and study at the Pu Taw Memorial Junior College’s in Mae La Refugee Camp for two years.
I met Unity in Diversity’s Mom
At that time I had no money but I got a chance from Mae Tao Clinic founded by Dr. Cynthia Maung. One month is 400 bahts but Mae Tao Clinic and I took the following agreement: “If you finished the program, you had to come and serve for two years branches of Mae Tao Clinic”

The man who graduated from the PTMJC with self – confidence
In 03 April 2010, I graduated from the Pu Taw Memorial Junior College with active and confidence dream because of this I saw the Job title which I would like to work is I got. Why I would like to work as an office staff at Children’s Development Centre is when I was studied in Pu Taw Memorial Junior College, I worked as a librarian volunteer two years in part time. It was given me self- confidence for the new job in Children’s Development Centre.
Coming back to serve at CDC as an office staff and studying practical experience
At right I am one of the staff at Children’s Development Centre as data collection in School Office. Working in Migrant area is giving me a lot of ideas in order to go on the plans for my future. The school which I am working now is giving to me much training such as Office Management Training, Basic Computer Training and Project Management Training in Mae Sot Area; therefore, it is a kind of my parents. Please all the readers, let’s see on the next part. Thanks a lot for giving a time to read my natural truth’s story.
